Choose care around the problem
Follow the care instructions supplied with your rug. If you have already tried to clean a mark, tell us which products you used and what happened. We inspect marks and check the fibres and dyes before planning treatment.

Cleaning at our workshop
After inspecting the fibres and dyes, we choose shallow-pool washing by our staff, automatic machine washing or hand washing for delicate pieces. A final check and packing come before return. Take a look at our cleaning process.
