Pet accident, spilled drink or a smell that keeps coming back? Tell us what happened and anything you have used on the rug already. We’ll plan the treatment alongside its clean.
Pet urine treatment
Pet urine treatment is £20 extra for a synthetic rug or £25 for wool. Mention where the accident happened and whether it was a one-off or has happened several times.
We inspect the rug, check the fibres and dyes, and include the agreed treatment in the workshop cleaning process.
Damp or musty after home cleaning?
Tell us if the rug has stayed damp or developed a musty smell after a home-cleaning attempt. These rugs need biocide treatment as part of the clean. The extra charge is £35 for either a synthetic or wool rug.
Other spills and marks
Tea, coffee, wine and everyday marks are all worth mentioning when you enquire. Tell us what was spilled, roughly when it happened and any products already applied. We inspect the affected area and discuss its treatment with you.
Getting a price
Measure the rug’s width and length without the fringe, then select its material and treatment in the quote assistant. Free collection and delivery are included. Our usual turnaround is 7–10 working days.
Questions before you get a quote
What if my rug is silk, rayon or handmade?
Choose Silk, Rayon / viscose or Handmade as the separate option that describes your rug in the quote assistant. These rugs need an individual assessment from the team. If you are unsure, choose Other / not sure.
What details do I need to give?
Have your rug’s measurements and material ready, along with details of the problem and anything already used on it. The quote assistant asks for your name, postcode, mobile number and email address before showing your quotation.
Does submitting the form book a collection?
No. Once you are ready to go ahead, choose Arrange collection and add the collection details. Our team will contact you to agree the arrangements; submitting the form does not reserve a time slot.
