Standard treatment or freezing
We offer standard moth treatment and moth freezing. The team will discuss the rug and what you have noticed, then explain the appropriate next step.
Standard moth treatment is £25 for a synthetic rug or £30 for wool, in addition to cleaning. Moth freezing is £35 for either material, in addition to cleaning.
Freezing replaces the standard moth-treatment add-on in the quote. You are not charged for both.
What to tell us
- The rug’s size and material, if known.
- Where you have noticed moth activity or changes in the pile.
- Any moth treatment you have already used.
- Whether other rugs need to be checked at the same time.
Collection and cleaning
We collect your rug, inspect it and plan the treatment alongside its clean. Free collection and delivery are included. Our usual rug-cleaning turnaround is 7–10 working days; the team will discuss the arrangements for your treatment.
Questions before you get a quote
What if my rug is silk, rayon or handmade?
Choose Silk, Rayon / viscose or Handmade as the separate option that describes your rug in the quote assistant. These rugs need an individual assessment from the team. If you are unsure, choose Other / not sure.
What details do I need to give?
Have your rug’s measurements and material ready, along with details of the problem and anything already used on it. The quote assistant asks for your name, postcode, mobile number and email address before showing your quotation.
Does submitting the form book a collection?
No. Once you are ready to go ahead, choose Arrange collection and add the collection details. Our team will contact you to agree the arrangements; submitting the form does not reserve a time slot.
