Use the shorter side for a rectangular rug, or the diameter for a round rug. Measure without the fringe. A rug wider than 3m or longer than 8m needs a quote from the team.

What does the cleaning price cover?
Your clean includes collection and return delivery, fibre and dye checks, suitable dry dust removal, washing, rinsing, drying and a final inspection. After inspecting your rug, we choose shallow-pool washing by our staff, automatic machine washing or hand washing for delicate pieces. Specialist rugs are assessed individually.
Pet urine treatment, moth treatment, freezing, biocide and stain protection are optional additions. Their prices appear separately in your quote.

These are additions to the cleaning price, per rug. If moth freezing is selected, it replaces standard moth treatment in your quote; we do not charge for both.

How to measure
- Lay the rug flat and measure both sides, leaving out the fringe.
- For a rectangular rug, use the shorter measurement as the width. For a round rug, measure straight across the centre.
- Enter the measurements and material in the quote assistant, then choose any treatments.
For example, a 2m × 3m rug uses the 2m width band. That is £75 for synthetic or £95 for wool, before extras.
Two examples, with the extras shown
A 160 × 230cm synthetic rug with pet urine treatment: £65 cleaning + £20 treatment = £85.
A 250 × 300cm wool rug with pet urine treatment and moth freezing: £130 cleaning + £25 urine treatment + £35 freezing = £190. Freezing replaces standard moth treatment, so there is no second moth-treatment charge.
Both examples include collection and delivery. Stain protection and any other treatments would be additional.
From quote to collection
- Get your quote. Enter the material and measurements, then choose any treatments. You can add several rugs. Before your quotation is shown, submit your name, postcode, mobile number and email address so we can save your enquiry.
- Request a collection. When you’re ready, add your collection address and preferred day through the quote assistant. Your contact details will already be filled in.
- Agree the arrangements. Our team gets in touch to arrange collection. Our usual turnaround is 7–10 working days.
A quote or collection request does not reserve a time slot. If you need your rug back for a particular date, tell us before arranging collection.
