From a wool rug in the living room to a well-used hallway runner, the first step is to tell us its size, material and anything you want us to look at.
How we clean your rug
We inspect the rug and check its fibres and dyes. After inspecting the fibres and dyes, we choose shallow-pool washing by our staff, automatic machine washing or hand washing for delicate pieces. We then use suitable rinsing, water removal and drying, followed by a final check and packing.
Tell us about previous cleaning, pet accidents, spills or moth activity. Those details help us plan the treatment instead of treating every rug the same way.
Collection from your Edinburgh address
Our usual turnaround is 7–10 working days. We agree collection arrangements with you, take the rug to the workshop and arrange delivery when it is ready.
If access involves stairs, a shared entrance or a particular person meeting the driver, let us know when arranging collection.
Prices and treatments
Wool and synthetic rugs are priced by width. For a rectangular rug, use the shorter side; for a round rug, use its diameter. Specialist materials and extra-large rugs are assessed by the team.
