Silk, viscose, handmade and other delicate rugs need an individual assessment before we confirm the cleaning method and price.
What happens at our rug spa?
After inspecting the fibres and dyes, we choose shallow-pool washing by our staff, automatic machine washing or hand washing for delicate pieces. Suitable rinsing, water removal and drying follow, before a final check and packing for return. The assessment guides the care each rug needs.

Prices and collection in Dunfermline
Wool and synthetic cleaning prices depend on the rug’s material and width. Measure the shorter side of a rectangular rug, or the diameter of a round rug, without the fringe. Rugs wider than 3m or longer than 8m need a quote from the team.
Our usual turnaround is 7–10 working days. Tell us about stairs, access restrictions or anything else the team should know when arranging collection.
