We collect rugs from Perth homes and businesses, clean them at our Milngavie rug spa and arrange delivery back to you. Free collection and delivery are included.
What does the clean involve?
Dry dirt can settle deep in a rug’s pile. After inspecting the fibres and dyes, we choose shallow-pool washing by our staff, automatic machine washing or hand washing for delicate pieces. After suitable rinsing, water removal and drying, we check and pack the rug for return.
Wool, synthetic and specialist rugs need care suited to their fibres and condition. Silk, viscose, handmade and other delicate pieces need an individual assessment before we confirm the method and price. Read about our workshop process.
Stains, smells or pet accidents?
Tell us what happened, how long the mark or smell has been there and any cleaning products you have already used. We assess the affected area before planning treatment. Pet urine and odour treatment is available alongside cleaning and is priced separately.
Prices and collection from Perth
Wool and synthetic cleaning prices depend on material and width. Measure the shorter side of a rectangular rug or the diameter of a round rug, excluding the fringe. Rugs wider than 3m or longer than 8m need a quote from the team.
Our usual turnaround is 7–10 working days. Let us know about stairs, restricted access or furniture on the rug when you enquire, so the team can discuss collection arrangements with you.
See cleaning and treatment prices, start your quote or call 0800 334 5595. An enquiry is a request; the team will confirm collection arrangements with you.
