Rug cleaning with collection in Linlithgow
A muddy rug, a pet accident or years of everyday use? We collect rugs from homes in Linlithgow and clean them at our specialist rug spa in Milngavie. Free collection and delivery are included, and our usual turnaround is 7–10 working days.
A proper clean, from dusting to drying
We inspect your rug and check its fibres and dyes before deciding how to clean it. After inspecting the fibres and dyes, we choose shallow-pool washing by our staff, automatic machine washing or hand washing for delicate pieces. Suitable rinsing, water removal and drying follow, with a final check before we pack it for return.
Wool and synthetic rugs can be priced using our online guide. Handmade, silk, viscose and other specialist rugs need an individual assessment. Read more about our rug-cleaning process.
Stains, smells or moths?
Tell us what has happened and any products you have already used. We offer pet urine and odour treatment, moth treatment and freezing, and stain protection. Rugs left damp or musty after home cleaning need biocide treatment as part of the clean. Any extra treatment is itemised in your quote.
Getting a price for your rug
Measure both sides without the fringe and tell us the material, if you know it. The shorter side is the pricing width for a rectangular rug; for a round rug, use its diameter. You can include several rugs in the same enquiry.
See the cleaning prices and treatment charges, or build your itemised quote. If you are unsure about the material, call 0800 334 5595 and we’ll help.
Arrange your Linlithgow collection
When you are ready to go ahead, we’ll ask for your address and any access details, then agree the collection arrangements with you. Sending an enquiry does not book a collection slot. Our team will confirm the arrangements directly.
